Promotion for Kirsty Pearson

Introducing our new associates in more detail

We are delighted to announce the final appointment in our recent round of Associate promotions: Senior Architect, Kirsty Pearson.

Although Kirsty has been with Race Cottam Associates for only a few years, she has already made a significant impact, bringing with her more than 20 years of architectural experience. She is a highly valued member of our team, particularly within our healthcare sector, where her conscientious, approachable manner and professional expertise have earned the respect of both colleagues and clients alike.

Kirsty is currently Project Architect for the new Day Case Surgery and Imaging Centre at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust and is also working with York Hospital on an acute refurbishment project.

In her new role as Associate, Kirsty will take on the position of Healthcare Lead, working closely with Paul Foster, Healthcare Director, to further strengthen and grow our established healthcare portfolio.

Commenting on her promotion, Kirsty said:

“I’m delighted to be stepping into my new role as Associate. I’m looking forward to championing Race Cottam Associates as a great practice and a great place to work, while exploring how we can continue to improve our offer to both clients and staff.

I’m also keen to support the management, mentoring, and development of our team, and to work closely with Paul to further strengthen our healthcare portfolio. I’m excited and energised by the opportunity and looking forward to the months ahead.”

Congratulations, Kirsty, on a very well-deserved promotion. Alongside Nick Stables and Stuart Taylor, you are a fantastic addition to our Associate team at Race Cottam Associates.
