Planning Permission Granted for Housing Development
including a sensitive conversion of a former Victorian Primary School
We are delighted that plans for the change of use of a former school building dating back to 1854 into 4 apartments on the grounds of Mount. St Mary's College, Spinkhill, Sheffield have been approved.
The scheme also involves the creation of 4 new build houses to the rear of the site. Materials and scale of the new build elements have been chosen to compliment the existing character of the setting and harmonise them against the contemporary typology of 21st century residential development.
We are excited to be part of ensuring a derelict landmark of the architectural context of Spinkhill is retained and enjoyed for years to come.
