At the end of last year, we shared the exciting news that we had appointed three new associates to Race Cottam. Over the coming week, we’re delighted to introduce each of them in more detail and highlight the experience and expertise they bring to our team.
First up is Nick Stables, who has been an integral part of our team for over 11 years.
Nick is a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist, known for his meticulous approach and consistently high level of commitment across every project he undertakes. As our BIM Manager, Nick has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining our BS EN ISO 19650 accreditation since 2020, making Race Cottam one of the first architectural practices to secure this standard. He plays a pivotal role in driving quality and design coordination, with experience spanning the education, healthcare, industrial, and science, technology, and workplace sectors.
His recent work includes the delivery of South Yorkshire Institute of Technology, at Barnsley College alongside a number of complex and highly technical laboratory projects delivered internationally.
In his new role as Associate, Nick said:
“I’m excited to work closely with the management team to enhance our project delivery, continue to champion BIM excellence across the practice. In my new role as Lab Lead I am excited to further strengthen our growing laboratories portfolio, an ever-evolving sector that I’m proud to be a part of.”
