Terry Patrick
Architectural Technologist
Terry is an architectural technologist with experience in industrial, commercial and residential sectors. His experience also extends to interior architecture where he has worked on projects including retail, hospitality, offices and hotels.
Proficient in key software including Revit, Terry has a broad range of skills. Professionally, his interests include emerging technologies and sustainable design. More specifically Terry is interested in building code compliance and compliance research, also construction detailing research. The human-centred Stanford IDEO method of design thinking has been a recent focus and inspiration.
Outside of the office Terry enjoys fine art drawing, reading and cooking. Being from South Africa he is getting used to Yorkshire folk, and 2021 will see him become a Dad!
Terry’s dream commission would be an art gallery or interpretation centre and his favourite building is Esplanada Studio Art gallery by Tatiana Bilbao.
