Stuart Taylor
Senior Architect
Stuart is a Senior Architect with a detail orientated approach to designing buildings. He is experienced in a broad range of sectors working on projects across the UK from bespoke homes, social housing estates, SEND schools and higher education suites.
Since joining Race Cottam Associates, he has been the architectural lead and TA on a number of SRP schools. Stuart is experienced in project management and technical design but is also a talented designer ensuring buildings from concept to delivery meet the client's aspirations.
Stuart's professional interests lie in BIM level 2 integration/optimisation and CDM performance and he leads our RCA Technical and CDM steering groups.
Outside of work, Stuart brings his creativity and design skills to scenography and theatrical set design whilst also enjoying science fiction literature and photography.
His favourite building is the Liverpool Everyman by Haworth Tomkins and his dream commission (not surprisingly) would be a regional theatre.
