We want to wish a huge congratulations to David Speddings on 30 years at Race Cottam associates. David is a key concept designer and has considerable expertise and experience in developing concepts, presentations, and developing design strategies. David has grown with the company becoming a director in 2013 and a Managing Director in 2018. David has recently stepped into a new position as Design and Technology Lead and continues to provide a wealth of experience in the Energy from Waste, Education and Infrastructure sectors.
Equally we want to congratulate Pauline Lake on 22 years with Race Cottam. Pauline joined Race Cottam in 2002 becoming a Director in 2018. Alongside her responsibilities as a Director Pauline also leads the business development strategy, maintaining relationships and our practice profile, as well as seeking new opportunities for the practice. Pauline is a key member of our team excelling in stakeholder engagement and in the provision of Technical Advisor service.
