Congratulations to Paul Foster who joined Race Cottam Associates 15 years ago. Paul is a highly skilled architect with strong management skills that he brings to bear as our Healthcare lead. Paul joined RCA as an Architect, delivering high quality projects from initial briefing through to completion on site. He has worked across a wide range of projects undertaking Principal Designer duties on many, dealing with the project's demands in a calm, positive, and assertive manner. Last year Paul began his exciting new role as a Director, a position he has excelled in.
Andrew Pearce has been with Race Cottam Associates for 20 years. Andy plays a vital role as Facilities Manager and it's safe to say we couldn’t manage without him. No one knows the office better. Andy’s multiple duties include the care and maintenance of the office and its systems all while ensuring the efficient running of our IT and the implementation of our quality system. Andy is a fantastic part of our team; meeting every challenge with a friendly attitude and a smile on his face, we are incredibly lucky to have him.
