Congratulations to Paul Foster who joined Race Cottam Associates 15 years ago. Paul is a highly skilled architect with strong management skills he brings to bear as our Healthcare lead. Paul joined RCA as an Architect, delivering high quality projects from initial briefing through to completion on site. He has worked across a wide range of projects undertaking principle designer duties on many, dealing with the projects demands in a calm, positive, assertive manner. Last year Paul began his exciting new role as a Director, a position he has exceled in.
Andrew Pearce has been with Race Cottam Associates for 20 years. Andy plays a vital role as Facilities Manager and it's safe to say we couldn’t manage without him. No-one knows the office better. Andy’s multiple duties include the care and maintenance of the office and its systems all whilst ensuring the efficient running of our IT and the implementation of our quality system. Andy is a fantastic part of our team, meeting every challenge with a friendly attitude and a smile on his face, we are incredibly lucky to have him.
