Project Update: Broomhill Junior School

The proposal introduces a new two-storey building through a congested access to replace the school’s existing 1970s educational facilities. Delivered under the department for education framework, site work began in spring with ground source heating systems to achieve the NZCIO performance standard. Now with the primary structure in place the outline of the scheme can be inspected by the school’s farm animals and pupils alike. The finished design will create new outdoor play space alongside an improved pedestrian entrance landscape due to be occupied by the end of the summer.
