The project will deliver new high quality college facilities for a range of subjects by replacing existing key buildings in redesigned campus layout. The new three storey building is intended to complement the college context by creating a safe and sustainable development for the next academic year. The proposed buildings have been developed through an investigative and collaborative approach with key stakeholders and early contractor input to meet the curriculum needs of the students. Site enabling works have commenced in preparation for the frame assembly in early 2026.
