The new two-storey medical centre at the heart of Waverley is designed around the needs of its growing community, providing accessible, high-quality primary healthcare for around 6,000 residents.

Located within the new Olive Lane High Street, it strengthens connections between homes, local amenities and employment areas of the advanced manufacturing district, supporting everyday wellbeing.

Sustainability is central to the design, with a target of BREEAM Excellent ensuring a healthier, more efficient environment for patients and staff. The building minimises environmental impact while enhancing user comfort, creating a future-focused facility that supports both community health and long-term environmental responsibility.
