We were appointed by Rotherham Metropolitan Council and Perfect Circle to help deliver high-quality, affordable housing across the borough, supporting the council’s ambition to create hundreds of new homes for local communities.

Designed using local ward data and housing insights, the developments respond carefully to the character and needs of each area through a simple, contemporary architectural language. Predominantly red brick façades reflect the surrounding context, while contrasting brick detailing around entrances creates individuality and identity for each home.

Sustainability is embedded throughout the scheme, with air source heat pumps providing low-carbon, energy-efficient heating solutions for future residents.
