Located at the centre of the main college campus, the new teaching building brings together key teaching spaces across a range of subjects, a student library and collaboration spaces- focused around a new student reception.

The new facility replaces the existing 1980’s main college building - responding to the architectural context of the local area and creating a sustainable and low operating cost development.

Race Cottam have delivered the scheme with the successful contractor, Caddick Construction, from RIBA Stage 4. Developing cost effective technical design solutions and on-site support to deliver the project on time and on budget.
