A flagship Sheffield office, CMS reimagines the modern legal workplace through flexible, high-quality design delivered under a fast-tracked pandemic programme.
CMS Law has more than 70 offices located across 40 countries. In 2020 the firm’s Sheffield branch relocated to the Heart of the City II development, creating a flagship office reflecting new branding and identity.
The four-storey workplace accommodates 150 staff and includes meeting rooms, conference suites, reception, and staff amenities such as cycle storage, kitchens, and breakout areas. We collaborated with Graham Interiors from RIBA Stages 4–6 on Cat A and B fit-out, delivering detailed design coordination within a compressed 20-week programme during the COVID-19 pandemic.
